Escape Fitness has introduced a foam roller to its range of balance and stability equipment.
Made from durable polyurethane it is available in a compact short round size and said to be ideal for foam roller classes, balance and stabilisation training. It is aimed at more experienced exercisers and can also be used for deep self-massaging and alignment techniques.
Jeremy Navrady, Sales and Marketing Manager for Escape, said: “Customers liked our original rollers and asked for one that is significantly denser to allow a really deep massage to be performed."
